Diabetes Maintenance Panel combines multiple lab markers into one convenient panel at The Walk-In Lab.
Diabetes Maintenance Panel is a bundled panel available through The Walk-In Lab at Advanced Practice Wellness Clinic, bringing several related lab markers together in one visit.
The Diabetes Maintenance Panel is an effective panel for both diabetics and for those who want to see if they have diabetes. The four tests in this panel will give you and your doctor a lot of knowledge. The Complete Blood Count (CBC) tests for blood disorders such as infection or anemia; the Hemoglobin A1c can detect pre-diabetes, diagnose it, or see if diabetes is under control; and finally, the Diabetic Urinalysis will determine if albumin (protein) is found in your blood (if so, it’s possible your kidneys aren’t working properly). The information gained from the four tests in this panel will give you and your healthcare provider the necessary information to help monitor and/or adjust your diabetic medications.
